Job description / Role
A leading FMCG business is seeking a senior sales professional to develop key channels within the Saudi market. With an instantly recognisable, and trusted ‘heritage’ brand, and a well established presence in the market, this company is ready to enjoy incredible growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker, a high level leader who’s market understanding, commercial acumen, and drive for success, will enable them to develop and execute winning strategies across this diverse and challenging market.
There is no doubt that you will need to be an exceptional communicator, and an outstanding influencer as you will be reporting into director level senior management and will handle a large distributor sales force.
Ensuring that your high standards and strategic plans are being adhered to at all times will require you to be assertive and confident to challenge when necessary. However, you will understand that in this market it is essential to develop key relationships and a large network of contacts. In light of this we are seeking someone with considerable KSA market knowledge and experience.
While your sales force is executing in the market you will be responsible for your own P&L, AOPs, budget and forecasting. Naturally a strong grasp of finance, a long term view of the business, and a vision for growth will stand you in good stead for success.

Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have extensive KSA FMCG experience and possess a transferable Iqama. You will be currently be operating in a senior sales position with a world leading organization, and have a proven track record for outstanding business results within the market.
