Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A channel manager is responsible for developing and sustaining new sales channels, contacting, establishing and keeping a good working relationship with clients, working closely with internal departments and leading the development of channel programs.

The tasks that a channel manager has to perform are improving client utilization, preparing and delivering customer presentations, facilitating all communications with resellers, managing account profiles, monitoring competitor activity, forming plans for increasing market share and communicating channel activities.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in IT Sales
- Excellent understanding about the IT products.
- 4+ years of experience in UAE market
- Good communication skills
- Sales skills
- Good knowledge about the Channels
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
