Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading electrical appliances company, is seeking a Channel Manager for the Middle East & Iran.

You will manage a team/function responsible for:
- Responsible for account management and sales to ensure profitability and optimisation of market share
- Management of cross-border key accounts
- Developing and implementing strategic plan/s within the channel/territory
- Deliver efficient go-to-market models for the channel/territory
- Establish the frame for annual trade negotiations including pricing, terms and conditions
- Defining and managing sales targets
- Communication with demand flow to ensure optimised product availability
- Working with product line to develop commercial strategy that will combine; ranging, generation plans and pricing
- Working with trade marketing to deliver in-store execution and product/sales training
- Managing and leading the sales team
- Creating a sustainable environment to encourage talent development that delivers on the commercial strategy needs
