Job Description

This role is a key part of the eCommerce Client Services role working closely to ensure consistently high pre and post sales support to clients of the Bank.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Client on-boarding (ECN and single-dealer GUI).
- Provide pre & post sales assistance to clients.
- Execute internal client training programme for e-products.
- Handle processes for static management of pricing, risk, client, credit, limits.
- Handle a wide spectrum of client problems.
- Capture client feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

- The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and be performing a related role in a similar organisation.

Skills

- Track record of serving clients with client support background.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of single-dealer platforms and multi-bank portals.
- Understanding of desktop PC technology.
- Able to show experience of:
- Supporting customers from a wide international client base (institutional, corporate and retail).
- Working with processes for (from a business support perspective):
- Static data management
- Change management
- Handling client feedback
- Fault tracking
- Analysing complex pricing, risk & execution problems

Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati language skills are highly desirable for this role
