Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic, committed and results orientated individual with the right attitude, skills and experience to join the company for the position of Chapter Manager.

Key responsibilities include working with the Chapter and Education Chair to plan and oversee the Chapter program to ensure growth and development and promoting chapter activity by working with the international representatives and well as the local chapter. Additionally, managing activities with speakers, arranging venues, securing catering etc. and updating the chapter website regarding events and programs are also part of the remit for this role. You will also work with the Communication Chair on following up with members and reporting pre and post events and provide support by managing resources and logistics.

Requirements

To apply for this role you must possess a minimum of four years working experience in administration, services and/or marketing. Excellent listening skills, interpersonal and follow up skills combined with fluency in the English language are also essential. Computer efficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, maturity and the ability to work independently are also prerequisites.
