We are looking to appoint a number of full time Charge Nurses join us on a permanent basis in our Adult Ventilated Unit in our hospitals in Doha, Qatar.

Our Charge Nurses are responsible to a Head Nurse and assist in the management of a defined area of organized nursing services. Charge Nurses allocate available resources to promote efficient, effective, and compassionate nursing care, provide input into executive – level decisions, and keep staff informed of executive – level activities

Charge Nurses assist in managing the patient care unit for administrative and clinical aspects to include organizing, developing, directing and assuring the delivery of cost – effective, quality patient care

We would like to hear from committed critical care nursing professionals at with at least three years clinical experience after graduation who would like the opportunity to work in our very supportive Long Term Care facilities.

Requirements

It is essential that you have experience of working within a Critical Care setting.

At HMC we expect our Charge Nurses to have:

BSc, Nursing or equivalent
One year’s supervisory or management experience
Valid Nursing License/Registration from your country of origin
ILS / PLS / APLS / ACLS (preferred)
