Employment:
Full Time
- Correct stock charts as per weekly notice to mariners and tracking from principles.
- Day to day office administration
- Monitor day to day inquiries (Email, Fax, Etc.,) and prepare respective quotations on ERP
- Follow-up respective quotations and convert them to orders
- Folio management
- Inventory management
- Responsible for QHSE participation
Requirements
- Should be a Graduate
- Good communication in English a must
- Knowledge in using MS Office (word, excel & power point)
- A good team player
- out of the box thinker
- To along with the team and give suggestion
