Chartered Electrical Design Engineer

Job description / Role

My client is one of the UK's leading engineering design consultants with an excellent reputation and track record of working on some of the Middle East most high profile and technically challenging projects.

They are currently looking to recruit and experienced chartered electrical design engineer for the office in Dubai. The role will involve producing electrical building services design from concept stage through to production information at tender stage. The role will also involve leading more junior engineers and technicians, client and contractor liaison and preparation of technical and financial schedules.

Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in Engineering and must be registered or chartered with a recognised professional body such as CIBSE, IET, IMechE or ASHRAE. Candidates should have significant post graduate experience in a design consultancy and should be experienced in design in Middle east or similar climates. Candidates should be familiar with design standards including British, European and International.
