Chartered (MRICS) Surveyor – Dubai

The Dubai office is the head office of the MENA region and provides international sales and investments, local sales and leasing, property management as well as valuations & advisory work.
The Role
We are looking for a Chartered (MRICS) Surveyor with a preference given to experience working overseas.
The role covers valuations of real estate both commercial and residential.
This involves mortgage valuations, transactional as well as accounting purposes. Scope can range from a piece of land to a complex mixed use development to a feasibility study of a master plan. All valuations are RICS approved and guided.
The role will be to undertake a variety of professional work on behalf of the Firm including Bank valuations, Home Buyer Surveys and and Insurance valuations on residential and commercial premises so that targets can be met.
Requirements
We are looking for:
• RICS (MRICS or FRICS) qualified
• Minimum of 1 years post qualification experience
• Previous experience carrying out residential and/or commercial valuations
• Hardworking and professional attitude
• Ability to provide exceptional high standards in a fast pace environment
• Committed to delivering a client focused service
• Proven and loyal employment history
• GCC Experience
• Full UK driving license
The jobholder will need to be able to work under their own initiative and be self-motivated to generate new business and to be able to meet challenging targets. Good interpersonal skills are therefore essential.
