Job description / Role
My Client is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Qatar to work on large scale/mega projects.
In this client facing role, you will be involved in projects both in the private and public sectors.
Requirements
Candidates MUST have the following to be considered for this position:
BSc in Quantity Surveying from a UK University
Chartered status (MRICS)
Significant experience of both pre and post contract work
Well-rounded Quantity Surveyor with consultancy background
Experience and abilities in working effectively within complex teams on challenging projects
Experience of managing various projects within the GCC preferable but not essential
The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail with good forward planning skills. They will possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative without supervision and the ability to work under pressure.
