At IKEA creating a better everyday life for the many isn't only our vision, it's our way of life!We are looking for a Checkout Services and Cash Admin Manager to manage, schedule and control the cash line operation to ensure a high standard of customer service. In this role you will be responsible for: * Ensuring the check-outs are appropriately staffed at all times of the day in order to make it easy and convenient for us to close sales and to minimise waiting times. * Ensuring the exchange and return area is appropriately staffed at all times and that our after sales care encourages customers to come back. * Ensuring the store has flexibility to quickly adapt the number of cashiers, if the store faces a day when there is a big deviation in number of customers. * Promoting and encouraging a customer-focused culture throughout the store. * Managing the Check-out and Exchange and refund teams. * Developing, implementing and controlling of Store Operating Procedures for Check-outs and Exchange and refund teams. * Controlling the P&L. * Tracking figures through weekly/monthly KPI reports. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate: * 3-5 Years in a similar role within a retail environment. * Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills. * Experience in managing a team. * Leadership skills. * A passion for the retail industry. * Advanced skills in Microsoft excel. * Effective communication skills. |
