Job description / Role
- Innovative and creative design concepts on Bakery/Pastry.
- Experience in Hotel sales of bakery/pastry products.
- Active participation required during Demos & Presentations.
- Training Sales staff on new products.
- Should have good knowledge of flours.
- Develop new and strengthen existing Customer base.
- Work closely with Principal suppliers to achieve results.
- Knowledge of Baking & handling other miscellaneous bakery equipment.
- Meet targets and forecast opportunities for quarterly and annual projections.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene within the kitchen.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Bakery/Pastry
- Diploma in Hotel Management or Bakery & Pastry.
- Holds U.A.E Driving License
- Performance based and self motivated individual.
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have people management skills.
- Strong Decision Making & Negotiation skills
- Dynamic personality with ability and willingness to achieve goals
- Strong and dedicated Team Leader.
