Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a food and beverage operator responsible for a number of brands across the GCC. They are an extremely successful business that is going through phenomenal growth with their current franchised F&B brands and the introduction of new franchised F&B brands.
Our client has recently signed an agreement to bring a French fine dining franchise to the UAE and is looking to hire a Chef de Cuisine to be based in Dubai. You will be responsible for all the Chefs in the restaurant whilst ensuring that the kitchen operates alongside health and safety codes. In addition, you will track the kitchens inventory, place orders as well as monitor equipment maintenance and condition.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have considerable experience within French fine dining. Training will be completed in France and you will then be relocated to Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Cuisine to join the business from inception and grow along with the brand.
