Job description / Role
Technical support to sales in North Africa / West Africa and Middle East region in Energy market (Oil and Gas, Refinery, Polymers, Chemicals). Selection / Sizing / Validation of separation technologies from the company's portfolio including particulate filtration, liquid-liquid coalescence, liquid-gas coalescence.
Technical survey of customers installations, identification of bottlenecks/production issues, preparation and Realization of semi-industrial tests by using pilot units at customers sites, reporting of field test results, writing reports and recommendations. Presentation of appropriate technical solution.
Operators training on new installations, Troubleshooting on existing installations.
70% of work at customers site and 30% at office.
Requirements
- Oil and Gas processes / Refinery processes / Chemical processes
- Writing technical reports in French/English
- Engineer from chemical school or process engineering school from European Union, US or Canada
- 4 -6 years of experience as process engineer, production engineer or chemical engineer in Oil and Gas plant or Refinery
- Arabic / English / French speaking
- Very good communication skills (frequent contact with customer and integration with local sales team and global technical support team)
- Large functional autonomy for on-site works at customers sites
- Driving License
- Bi-national from European Union and Algeria (in order to be able to work in Algeria without extra protection as required for non-Algerian people)
- Product and field training to be done in the Middle East during the first 6 months
