Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Ensure that all quality standards are maintained throughout the production process by performing the tests as per the quality systems manuals.

Major Accountabilities:
1. Guarantee a safe and hygienic working environment by carrying out microbiological examinations of water and finished products and maintaining the quality management system and the hygiene and microbiological requirements of the company.
2. Supervise the mixing of syrup and test the quality.
3. Follow the cleaning and sanitation procedures.
4. Help raise the hygiene standards within the company with regards to storage by inspecting the incoming raw materials and ensuring that they are properly stored and rotated.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Chemistry and/or Food Science.
- One to two years experience preferably in a Quality Control Department within the beverage industry. He should be having the knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis and has the ability to collect samples, do the tests and interpret the results correctly.

- Rule Following: Follow rules and regulations, prefer clear guidelines, find it difficult to break rules
