The Role


The Role


The Company is a leader in the Cable Industry. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The applicant will be managing the Treasury and Accounting Functions of the Department. The key tasks are the following, but not limited to:

1. Processing of General Ledger
2. Finalisation of the monthly financial statements
3. Ensures the reconciliation of the various sub ledgers
4. Complete control over cash and bank transactions
5. Working Capital Management
6. Cashflow projections and financial projections
7. Budgeting process
8. Management Information System (MIS)
9. Letters of credit, guarantees, and bonds execution
10. Complete control on the receivables and customers management not restricted to Credit Control
11. Implement the necessary controls in order to safeguard company assets
12. Working experience with IFRS

Requirements


Requirements


The applicant must have the following credentials:

1. Arabic Speaking need only apply.
2. A minimum of 5 years accounting experience in a Manufacturing Environment
3. Professional qualification CA / ICWA /CPA / CIMA is ESSENTIAL.
4. Excellent working knowledge in ERP implementation of the finance modules.
5. Experience of working with Business Intelligence Tools (BIT)
