Salary Upto Dhs. 15K (neg) + yearly ticket and medical benefits for self.
On behalf of our client, a multinational high quality and reliable partner of marine solutions, we are looking to recruit a Chief Accountant for their office in Dubai.
Reporting to Finance Manager, you will be responsible for management reports including monthly profitability reports, budgeting/variance analysis, predictive/trend analysis and financial forecasting.
You will supervise a team of 7 handling various accounting job profiles in order to achieve the departments objectives, train and guide them as well as motivate and support the team to consistently outperform in their KPI's. You will be act as financial administrator for Microsoft Great Plains ERP software.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have hands on experience in handling Microsoft Great Plains ERP software.
You should have supervised a team of 3 to 4 staff for min 1 year and must have at least 7 to 8 years of core accounting and functional finance experience. Must have previous experience in a multinational company with a turnover exceeding USD 20 million in a multicurrency environment.
Qualified Intermediate Chartered Accountant with experience in accounts upto finalization and audits with adequate exposure to IFRS.
Advanced Excel and good communications skills in English, written and spoken mandatory.
A dyanmic self-starter with a passion to learn and go the extra mile.
