Employment: Full Time

Our company is bidding on a UN proposal in Somalia and seeking numerous candidates who would be interested in this opportunity. Services for this contract include the provision of day-to-day catering/food service; basic medical services; laundry; and cleaning, maintenance and general upkeep of all camp facilities, which collectively house several hundred residents in four locations in Somalia.

Responsibilities will include basic cleaning and laundry services for all the residents; basic furnishing of rooms and offices; standard, routine maintenance of vehicles stationed in each of the above-noted four camps; ad upon demand, basic construction works to improve the functioning of each camp; and 24/7 security of each camp.

Requirements

The requirements and responsibilities for this position are as follows:

• Supervises other admin/finance officers
• Provide administrative support to the Program for all four locations under the supervision of Overall Support/ Logistics Manager.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Administration and or Finance.
• Minimum certification of Finance management from internationally recognized institution.
