The RoleThe RoleJob Description : Excellent working knowledge of industry practices/safety/quality management systems. Supervising construction site as per design. Controlling quality. Monitoring construction programs. Monitoring all related costs to the projects. Writing and updating monthly project reports. Compiling fee proposals. Assisting Quantity Surveyor in Interim Valuations. Reviewing contractor's progress report for accuracy. Carrying out special projects assigned by the Project Manager. Having almost 15-20 years experience in relevant field. Emoluments : Negotiable depending on qualifications & experience (higher salary offer) |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification : Master / Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) . Bilingual (Arabic & English) with computer skills. Enrolled in Engineering Association. (certification preferred) |
