Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia, Swisslinx is currently seeking an experienced senior credit risk professional for the Chief Credit Officer position based in Riyadh.

As a Chief Credit Officer reporting to the CEO, you will be managing the Credit department of this organization. Your other responsibilities will include:
- Develop credit strategy, internal policies, controls and overseeing their execution
- Guide the analysis related to the key clients as well as macro/micro economic projection reports
- Direct the development and provision of the products/ services
- Develop and recommend the department budgets as well as monitoring its financial performance
- Lead and effectively manage the credit department of the organization, train staff

Requirements

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in credit/risk roles and 5 years in credit risk managerial position
- Experience in Credit Research or Credit Advisory role is a MUST
- Fluent English, Arabic would be of an advantage
- Post-graduate financial education / MBA, International Credit Certification
- Managerial and tanning skills
