Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 plus Family Package benefits
Based in the UAE, our client is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to take on the overall management of operational matters relating to the station retail outlets and business activities related to signage and publications regarding Rail and Metro.
This role is about the overall management of operational matters relating to the station retail outlets and business activities related to signage and publications regarding Rail and Metro
Your experience with management of O&M operators in furnishing work including the design and installation and the Mechanical and electrical supplies for the retail outlets will be key. Being able to clearly develop relationships is important as you with O&M to implement the operating guidelines and quality standards necessary.
Being innovative with design you will be able to provide suggestions for development in retail services, advertisements activates and signage to respond to passenger satisfaction.
Requirements
Responsibilities in Include:
Liaise with retail outlet stakeholders, Rail Planning, Rail Maintenance and O&M operators.
Monitor all furnishing of work meeting all set requirements.
Develop guidelines.
Supervise and roll out all publications delivering in the Metro / Tram.
Accident investigations.
Reporting.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil / Architecture.
10 years experience with Rail.
3 years with Metro.
Analytical, innovative and driven.
