Chief Executive Officer - Aviaion - Kuwait

Our aviation client in Kuwait is currently looking for a CEO to manage the responsibility and oversight for the members of the executive leadership team including: CFO, COO, VP Sales, VP Industry Affairs, VP Revenue Management and Director of Leasing.

Responsibilities
- CEO serves as the leader and the link between the Board of Directors and the client
- CEO interacts with the Executive and Audit Committees
- CEO interfaces with the relevant Ministries, Strategic Partners and Other Stakeholders, executives worldwide, investment community and regulatory bodies, banks and the media.

Main focus will be to define, win approval and implement the strategic plan to achieve mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth including the development of value enhancing new business streams.

The specific responsibilities will be:
- Operational
- Communication
- International Relations

Requirements

- Degree qualified preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, International Trade / Marketing
- Overall 10 years of experience as CEO building upon a successful and progressively senior executive career such as COO / CCO
- Industry experience within Aviation OR Hospitality OR Telecoms
- Strong Leadership / Management
- Strategy Building experience is a MUST
- P+L Management experience
