Job description / Role
Our client is a global manufacturer and supplier of luxury products. Due to their success, they are now recruiting for a CEO to provide strategic and operational leadership to the group companies reporting to the shareholders.
This is a new role where the successful candidate will be a strategic business leader that grows the organisation through strategy, innovation, operational efficiency and market share.
Responsibilities:
Developing strategic and operational plans to increase revenue through business planning, increased sales and profit, developing operational efficiencies and effective financial management
Leadership of the management team to ensure that commercial and financial objectives are achieved
Supporting the sales and marketing strategies and plans
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
10 15 years at senior executive level GM or Country / Regional Manager - within B2B organisations within the Gulf or MENA region
Must have experience of working in manufacturing and supplier organisations
Candidates with experience of working in architectural or interior design organisations will be given preference
Be able to demonstrate extensive experience of sound budgetary control and financial acumen
Ability to develop and implement strategies and plans
Candidate Profile:
Hands on leadership style
Commercially and financially astute with a track record in monitoring and managing operations and financial performance and successful business delivery
Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships
Excellent communication skills fluency in English is essential
Effective leadership and team management
Education:
Bachelors Degree as a minimum
