EXCITING OPPORTUNITY IN BANGLADESH AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
FOR A 'JCI ACCREDITED' 450-BED MULTI-DISCIPLINARY SUPER-SPECIALTY TERTIARY CARE HOSPITAL
Apollo Hospitals Dhaka is the only 'JCI Accredited' 450-bed multi-disciplinary super-specialty tertiary care hospital in Bangladesh, confidently providing comprehensive world class health care services with latest state of the art medical, surgical and diagnostic facilities, backed by expert medical professionals and a strong administrative team.
We are currently looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead the hospital and be a part of a movement that actually takes quality healthcare to a billion lives.
Job Summary: The CEO will be the Business Head and lead the key functions of Business Development, Finance and Clinical Services of the Hospital and would be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Hospital. He/she must be innovative and capable of independent decision making. In particular he would be responsible for P&L as per approved budgets; conceptualize and implement an effective CREW (Cost Reduction and Elimination of Waste) Programme and monitor costs on a continuous basis to keep these at controlled levels. He/she must keep pace with and technological changes and developments in all areas of the business, and take advantage of those to maximise the Hospital’s service effectiveness and profitability.
Requirements
Qualifications required: MBA/Masters in Hospital Management or an equivalent qualification with 10 to 15 years experience in the healthcare industry in a similar position.
