Job description / Role
This is a typical Chief Executive Officer position, with overall responsibility for all senior management executives and overall performance of the company.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will manage the head of finance, technical, marketing, legal and HR departments and will be chiefly tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the company as it strives to become more profitable and efficient.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have:
- An MBA or equivalent degree from a respected international school
- At least 15 years experience in progressively responsible managerial positions
- At least 5 of which will have been in the manufacturing sector
- Will be a skilled and organised leader and manager with the ability to handle and deliver results
