Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The CEO is the Highest Executive Authority directly reporting to the Board of Directors and is responsible for Leading the Company, development and execution of its Vision and long term strategy with a view to place the company as a leading Islamic investment Company in the region and a niche player in direct investment, financial structuring and asset & wealth management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) oversees the entire operations of the company, and is responsible for coordinating effective operating, marketing, financial, cultural and legal strategies that maximize profitability and minimize risks
- Lead, in conjunction with the Board, the development of the company vision, mission statement and strategic road maps
- Oversee the implementation of long and short term plans in accordance with the company's vision and ensure that action plans are set to meet contingencies
- Ensure that the company is properly organized and staffed with highly competent team that can successfully achieve the desired investment strategies of the company
- Ensure that the working Environment in the company is highly attractive and supported by sufficient incentive features that attract and retain the most qualified and competent caliber in the Company
- Optimize the company's financial performance, through incorporating clear financial direction, goals and results and utilizing highly reliable financial measurement tools
- Ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place to foster smooth and reliable investment operations;
- Ensure that the Company has appropriate systems and clear standards and procedures to enable it to conduct its activities professionally, lawfully and ethically
- Ensure that the Company maintains high standards of corporate and social responsibility wherever it does business;
- Ensure that the Board of Directors are continuously and accurately updated with all necessary reports and information that support their strategic decision making process
- Represent the company where and when necessary in the Board of Directors meetings; and or any other committees established within or outside the company;
- Abide by specific internally established control systems and authorities, and encourage all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with all applicable laws and the Company's standards and policies, including its environmental, safety and health policies
- Perform any other Relevant Duties

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Accounting or Finance, CPA generally required AND/OR
- 10+ years of progressively responsible treasury experience for a major investment Company Should have a thorough understanding of derivatives, hedging, investments, bank account management, and international funds flows
- Distinctive Leading Personality with high communication skills and strong networking and professional relationships
- High degree of honesty, integrity and Strong work ethics
- Superior understanding and proficiency of in common types of investments including Real Estates, fixed income and equity investments
- Exceptional ability to effectively manage resources and to delegate
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Outgoing, business-like personality
