The RoleThe RoleJOB OBJECTIVES To plan, develop, and establish policies and objectives of business organization in accordance with Board directives. Give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's vision, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. To contribute to the overall strategy and thought leadership of the business and will be directly involved in all primary investments. TASKS & DUTIES 1. Work closely with the executive management team, Chairman and Board to develop and implement strategic plans to advance Company’s mission, vision and objectives for profitability and growth. 2. Identify, evaluate and pursue new business development opportunities and make recommendation to the Board and Chairman. 3. Create the respective business plan, targets setting and operational outline. 4. Formulate the development and planning of ambitious yearly budgets and feasibility studies on sound economic and market factors and ensure such factors are met in the most cost effective manners. 5. Ensure operational excellence across all facets of activities and the Group compliance with modern technological and market standards. 6. Assist in attracting, hiring, developing and retaining the best possible team. 7. Oversee the development and application of new systems and initiatives to accommodate the Group for the market’s current and future needs. 8. Direct, coordinate and monitor activities to implement organization’s policies, procedures and practices. 9. Responsible for Financial management including forecasts revenue, profitability, margins and utilization. 10. Oversee the following: Strategy Development, Planning and reporting, Operational Management, Finance, Business Development, HR, Governance and Compliance and External Stakeholders |
RequirementsRequirementsWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A minimum of ten years experience in a senior management position,. EDUCATION, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS • MBA in Business or related fields. • Strong planning and budgetary skills. • Excellent management and motivation skills. • Good business awareness. • Knowledge of financial systems and regulations. • Proficient PC knowledge. |
