Job description / Role

Our client, an international interiors company, are looking for a CEO to direct and steer business performance in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a background in interior fit-out, with a minimum of eight years at a senior management level. The role requires a high level of commercial, cultural and financial awareness, with the ability to think creatively and laterally over a wide range of complex issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills at all levels are a must.

Requirements

In addition, you must possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, be decisive enough to make tough decisions in the interest of the business, have a clear understanding of financial, marketing and operational responsibilities and be able to work well under pressure.
