The RoleThe Role*** Please only consider applying for this role if you are already a CEO of a diversified holding company, of at least 10 distinct entities. *** This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding, diversified holding business, located in Ras Al Khaimah. The CEO will direct and coordinate planned and predefined activities of the company in accordance with defined strategies and goals to achieve optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize the profits through a strong and visionary approach. The CEO will directly report to the Chairman and will ensure the effectiveness of the company in the pursuit of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives and in particular, for the performance and supervision of the financial, technical, and administrative operations of the company including but not limited to the operative strategic planning, system and procedures, recruitment and development, policy making, standard of performances and performance reviews, controls, management morale, research and development, public image, financial and budgetary requisites and crises management. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 20+ years work experience, with the last 5+ years being at senior management level(CEO or 1 down) within a diversified company(>10 subsidiaries), investing in multiple industry sectors. You will be MBA or Ph.D. qualified, with 5+ years experience within the UAE - only applicants with the requisite UAE experience, whom are residing within the UAE will be considered for this role. Package will be commensurate with experience. |
