Chief Finance Officer

Our client is an established Real Estate Developer based in Doha, Qatar. They are currently responsible for a number of large scale mixed use projects and seek to strengthen their finance team by hiring an experienced Chief Finance Officer.

The position would cover the following:

- Lead the Finance team of 7-10 staff

- Manage all Reporting and Accounting to Group HQ

- Feasibility analysis

- Financial Analysis and Strategy

- Implement best practice and corporate governance across the business

Requirements

Applicants for this position must have the following attributes:

- Must be Western educated, this is mandatory
- Must be a Qualified Accountant
- Ideally have Real Estate experience
- Experience dealing with banks
