Chief Financial Officer – CFO Cable Manufacturing
On behalf of our client a Leader in Cable Manufacturing. The role reports to the General Manager.
Financial Planning & Reporting - prepare long term financial plan, annual budgets, measure financial results, prepare financial reports, coordinate auditing activities in order to ensure, consolidate and control proper allocation of financial resources.
Treasury Management - forecast expenditures and receipts, establish and maintain international banking relationships, coordinate and integrate treasury resources in order to meet daily cash flow requirements.
Accounting - determine accounting policy and practices, implement and train on accounting systems, interprets accounting reports, coordinate and integrate all financial accounting and economics reports in order to provide timely and accurate financial information.
Management Control - ensure accuracy and understanding of product, customer, product lines, market segment profitability. Propose and manage cost reduction and profitability action plan improvements. Propose and manage working capaital ratios and cash flow improvement.
Risk Management - ensure good control of credit risk. Ensure good management of FX and non ferrous metal risks, in compliance with company group and procedures.
Tax - ensure timely filing and compliance with local regulation.
Management - Staff, define and delegate responsibilities and train, coach, follow-up and control the department staff in order to meet the objectives withn IT, purchasing, finance, and accounting according to corporate strategies and goals.
Group Reporting - exchange information, reports on purchasing, financing activities, and contribute to the development of projects in order to obtain consistency within group strategy and corporate policy. Develop IFRS reporting.
Payroll and Administration - Control and follow up of Payroll and Administration activities, including company loans to personnel or third parties in order to ensure legal requirement are fulfilled.
University qualifications : University Degree preferably finance
Other certifications : CA, CPA, ICWA, CIMA
Previous experience : 10 years of Manegerial roles in a manufacturing environment.
Specialist knowledge : Domestic markets and international financial knowledge. PNL Management
Other Skills : Team player, excellent interpersonal skills, well-developed leadership skills, independent problem solving abilities, highly analytical, excellent negotiator and strategic thinker.
