Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Cameroon

We are currently representing a leading agriculture company in Cameroon in their search for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team.

Our client is looking for someone who would be able to be a hands on finance professional and take the challenge of participating pro-actively in integrating the business and to drive business development together with the management team.

The CFO would be responsible for:
- Plan and co-ordinate annual business plan
- Financial forecasting for operations, including operational capital
- Communicating directly with the directors and conversing with Managing Director
- Reporting on, regulatory issues, business performance, competitive environment and other pertinent
- Financial reports complying with corporate governance
- Completing risk management, and following up on key performance indicators
- Developing a strong and competent financial team

Requirements

- Tertiary accounting or business school qualifications
- 10years professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years in the field business controlling
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Drive for continuous improvement an performance
