The Role


The Role


The CFO will be a senior member of the management and is expected to discharge the following responsibilities:
• Manage all internal finance functions
• Carry out Financial Planning for the Company
• Managing the Company¡¦s Financial Resources
• Directly managing the Accounting & Finance department of the Company
• Managing all required regulatory Financial Reporting
• Responsible for generating Financial Reports to the Board and senior Management
• Responsible for developing proper internal Financial Controls
• Responsible for managing any financial risk arising from the business
• Provide Financial Analysis to Support Business decisions

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience including at least 3 to 5 years at CFO level
• CPA preferably with MBA as an additional qualification
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
• Fluent in English

Aldukheil Financial Group, is a Closed Joint Stock Company, established in 2007 based on the license issued by the Capital Market Authority to conduct full Securities Business in the Kingdom including: Arranging, Advising, Asset Management, Brokerage, Custody and Underwriting. AFG operations presently include Financial Advisory Services and Business Advisory services and Share Brokerage services and will soon be launching Investment Management services. Prior to the Capital Market Authority’s establishment, the Company had previously been operating for more than 25 years through the Consulting Center for Finance & Investment ( “CCFI” ) carrying out Financial Advisory Services and Initial Public Offerings. AFG has executed over 800 projects in various sectors for over 300 public and private organizations, both in Saudi Arabia and International. AFG (and previously the Consulting Center for Finance & Investment) has executed more than SR 7 Billion of Initial Public Offering in the Kingdom. Qyas the sister company of AFG provides market research services and CSE another group company provides IT Solutions and Services.
