The Role


The Role

This assignment is to contribute to our client fast growing business. A dynamic, seasoned player with a sound finance background is sought to ensure stringent planning, growth and controls are in place.

The incumbent responsibilities will be as follows:

*Strategy formulation related to business and financial planning

*Implementing of strategy to develop financial aspects of the organization

*Establishing of systems of internal communication along with key financial measurements and rewards.

*Delineate financial performance measurements and control

*Determine effect on costs and profits with analysis of financial aspects of the business and industry.

*Design scope of top managements' needs. Encompassing segments of, financial, project financing, business financial and investor financial management.

*Determining reporting techniques

*Manage corporate controllership and division controls

*Contribute to legal aspects of corporate finance

*Oversee internal auditing, operations management, divisional performance, and overall expenditure of the entity

*Implement appropriate controls, measurements, reporting and evaluation of operations

*Perform compliance reporting for board members and chairman

*Preparation, review and monitoring different portfolios against agreed benchmarks.

*Advising management on risk management, due diligences, systems & operational control reviews and providing financial advisory support in business decision-making.

Requirements

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

*Qualified CA or CPA.
*Overall 15 years of post qualification experience in related responsibilities with large blue-chip companies within the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and or Property Development business streams
*Should be currently heading the finance function of a large operation.
*Demonstrated experience in strategic finance management with high achievement orientation.
*Strong & driving personality with excellent communication, negotiation & inter-personal skills.

Salary EGP 80,000 (Negotiable)
