Job description / Role
Widely tipped as “the new Dubai” Kurdistan is experiencing phenomenal economic growth. Erbil its capital boasts all of the attractions of a modern, safe city – seven shopping malls with designer brands, hundreds of restaurants, a restored citadel and a rapidly growing ex-pat community.
Our client is a hugely ambitious family owned conglomerate on a very rapid growth trajectory. It represents many internationally recognised brands in Kurdistan itself and will shortly expand into the south of Iraq.
Requirements
Representing one of the most recognised brands in the world within distribution and logistics this business is looking to appoint a CFO to take responsibility for the creation and development of a world class finance function.
Reporting to the Group CFO you will have significant experience of accounting within a logistics business and will both understand and implement accounting processes to ensure that meaningful management information is produced.
You must be able to work from a basic procedural level upwards as you commercialise the function, as well as coaching and managing your people.
