Parkhouse Bell is delighted to be recruiting for a Joint Stock group in heavy manufacturing with a diversified portfolio of businesses.

Through it's subsidiaries, our client delivers a range of services to the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and industrial materials. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of the next phase of growth and influencing long term strategic goals.

Based in Riyadh, KSA, and reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a full financial, accounting, and investment structure across the group and subsidiaries. This includes designing and executing the financial structure in accordance with the growth strategy, developing processes for future M&A activity, liaising with private equity partners, and establishing sound financial reporting lines.

This position requires the necessary gravitas at this level, exposure to a range of industries, and leadership qualities at executive level.

A salary of c$225,000 demonstrates the calibre of candidate we are looking for.

Requirements

You must have experience across finance, accounting, and investing, as well as M&A exposure. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, have worked in the Middle East, and be experienced in large blue chip organisations with SR1billion+ turnover.
