Job description / Role
Reporting to the CEO you will lead the finance team of over 50 in the timely and accurate production of accounting information.
You will drive through continuous improvement particularly in financial controls.
You will provide support to the decision making process by providing analysis to support commercial decisions.
More importantly you will drive through cultural change within the business "commercialising" the function.
Requirements
A natural leader with a strong demonstrable track record of success you will currently be the CFO of a large diverse group - preferably within contracting/construction.
You will be a Qualified accountant with at least 10 years PQE.
