The RoleThe RoleChief Legal Officer / General Counsel required for a leading private holding group in Abu Dhabi. The group consists o several companies in the Oil & Gas, Property, Finance, Banking and General Trading industries. You will be responsible for the management of legal representatives from the subsidiary companies as well as taking full responsibility for group level legal issues. This is a board level position and an excellent opportunity to be part of the driving team behind one of the regions most successful organisations. |
RequirementsRequirementsFluency in English and Arabic is essential. You will be from a finance / private equity background and qualified to practice is a Western jurisdiction such as the UK / States or Australia. You will have at least 8 years post qualification experience ideally spanning both private practice and in-house positions. |
