Over many decades, it has built one of the region’s most admired businesses, with a persistent focus on high quality service, spare parts, financing and related activities. The company is one of the largest non-banking financial intermediaries in the MENA region focused on auto financing. It has embarked on a programme to leverage this strong base to build a full complement of consumer finance activities in the region, including mortgages, insurance and personal loans. We seek a CLO for this business. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates should be qualified lawyers with not less than 12 years of relevant experience, most likely first gained in a quality international law firm, complemented by a number of years in-house in a first-class financial institution. Candidates should demonstrate sound legal judgment, business acumen and the interpersonal skills needed to become the senior trusted legal officer for this growing, international business. Knowledge of consumer finance, experience in Saudi Arabia, and fluency in Arabic would be seen as an advantage. |
