Employment: Full Time

As a key member of the senior management team, contributes to the strategic development of the Bank's activities. Plans, leads, and controls the day-to-day back office activities of the Bank. Responsible for directing back office strategy as well as managing corporate functions including Administration, Operations, Fund Administration, IT, Corporate Communications and other administrative corporate functions as required

Description
* Leads back office functions at the Bank to ensure appropriate delivery of administrative and operational services to the bank. Designs and provides services appropriate to the long term strategy of the bank;
* Organises back office functions for optimal delivery with respect to quality, cost, efficiency and flexibility;
* Accountable for cost management at the bank including procurement and vendor management;
* Ensure that the Bank's activities and operations are carried out in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and laws governing business operations and recommend and amend existing policies to improve operations;
* Oversea corporate governance and accounting requirements in the Bank's SPVs including co-ordinating the appointment and selection of boards for our project companies.
* Contributes significantly to strategic and tactical planning, business development, risk management, quality control, organizational development, firm planning processes and other general management functions;
* Respond to new business and ad-hoc initiatives as directed by other senior team members; Assist the CEO to complete the building of each line of business in the front office as well as support functions to achieve our objectives;
* Respond to new business and ad-hoc initiatives as directed by other senior team members;
* Manage, monitor and review back office processes at the Bank on an ongoing basis for improvement and efficiencies;
* Assist in implementation of new processes and special projects, including ad hoc business analysis, analysis of business results and analysis of key drivers of performance;
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for the back-office areas that support the business and monitor adhere to policies;
* Determining performance indicators and targets for the delivery of all back office business plans, programmes and objectives; and conduct other duties and special project as required.

Job Offer
250 - 300k USD + benefits + bonus

Requirements

* MBA or BA in Finance, Accounting or Management;
* CPA or CFA;
* 15-20 years of banking experience in an executive managerial role;
* Experience in banking, financial services organisations or investment management marketplace;
* Can identify and analyze complex issues and problems in management areas and recommend and implement solutions;
* Strategic thinker with commercial focus and a drive to motivate a team to success;
* Can manage office functions economically and efficiently, organize work, establish priorities;
* Exceptional oral and written interpersonal and communications skills;
* Excellent supervisory and leadership skills;
* Demonstrate willingness and ability to delegate; and
* Direct employees towards the desired objectives by delegating motivating and resolving problems.
