Employment: Full Time

Working for a construction Company in Saudi Arabia who specialise in the maintenance of roads, bridges and road construction the role will be responsible for leading a front office division, developing the overall strategy and setting the direction of the Divisions in alignment to the Companies goals and strategic objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Direct and Develop operational plans, strategies, set goals and objectives, for the front office Divisions.
- Lead the overall direction and operations of the clients Front office Divisions.
- Direct and oversee the development and implementation of all relevant policies and procedures to ensure the Front Office Division comply with all customer and statutory requirements.
- Provide effective management and reporting of the operations
- Manage customer expectations and identify opportunities of integration between divisions.
- Oversee the selection, appointment and retention of the Divisions top management personnel.
- Develop a quality relationship with assigned clients.

Requirements

Successful candidates have the ability to organise and integrate data, be a highly effective communicator with strong analytical skills, ability to lead, delegate, set expectations and monitor the delegated activities, have technical skills with a knowledge of business principles, strategic and operational planning, construction project management with a strong knowledge of the construction industry, a high command of the English language and preferably a good command of Arabic language.

Ideal candidates will have at least 10-15 years of progressive experience in a relevant position directing and managing large construction projects, and will have worked in a position in a contracting/construction firm rather than consulting.
Candidates must have extensive experience from the UK, Unites States, Australia, Canada or New Zealand.
