Chief Operating Officer

Job description / Role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities without any P&L responsibilities. His main core responsibility would be to manage a multi-functional team, support in building and developing the main infrastructure of a fast paced media/TV Shopping/ e-commerce focused organization that has high dependency on logistics, call center, production, studio and IT infrastructure.

Requirements

The candidate must be male, between 35-40 yrs, with very strong operational experience, has high experience in project management, has either worked in a call center, logistics, equipment or strong infrastructure environments before for about 10 years or more. He must be able to travel to Saudi with ease. He must have a keen interest to be a part of a growing company generating high revenue. Candidate must have key understanding of people, strong leadership skills, adapts to change, entrepreneurial, able to multi-task, dependable, can work on tight deadlines and able to build trust and drive others. Arabic language is preferred but not a must.
