The RoleThe RoleOur client a well established and fast growing organisation in the property development business in Egypt has an immediate requirement for a well rounded and result focused COO to join their professional team. The assignment is challenging and rewarding and would require the selected candidate to bring the following skills sets to the role : *Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals. *Overseeing Marketing, Finance, Operations, CRM. IT, Audit with overall P/L responsibility *Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development *Establish the performance goals, allocate resources *Assess policies for Senior Management. *Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for the company *Meet and enhance overall company objectives. *Responsible for reviewing, developing and disseminating corporate mission and vision *Benchmark with the best practices of similar companies in the industry *Identify measures to bridge the gaps to improve company performance *Contribute to building a world class organization. *Develop systems for preparing work plans, schedules, budgets, etc *Ensure compliance program management processes to effectively monitor & control. *Provide effective direction, guidance, and leadership for effective teamwork and motivation *Manage effective integration of efforts with company's initiatives. *Promote a work culture with cordial relations to individual growth, team spirit and creativity. |
RequirementsRequirementsKEY ATTRIBUTES: *An Engineer preferred within Civil or Mechanical disciplines *Currently managing as head of operations in a large organisation *Intellectual strengths will include analytical ability and attention to detail. *Good people skills, leadership, interaction with peers and subordinates and external parties *Excellent communication, ability to influence and persuade at all levels. *Demonstrated strength in planning, strategy, analysis and problem solving. *Business focused. *High energy levels, international perspective, integrity and humility. *Ideal age bracket 40 - 45 years *Achieving of results mandatory Salary EGP 100,000/- |
