Job description / Role
Global Medical Solutions is seeking candidates for the role of COO for a prestigious hospital based in Cairo. The key accountabilities of the COO include the following:
Direct, supervise and coordinate the overall business operations of the organization and leads the development and administration of policies on business operations.
Lead the development and execution of strategy to ensure long-term viability and profitability of the organization.
Build relationships with external partners to develop and enhance the provision of quality health services in the region.
Provide strategic direction including development and implementation of vision, plans, policies and financial management strategies to support profitable growth of the organization.
Represent the organization to external stakeholders including high level partners, industry and community.
Requirements
Experience in a leadership position in a healthcare organization.
Masters Degree in Healthcare, Business Management or related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead change, build organisational capability and responsiveness and to achieve results.
Demonstrated capacity to lead and develop a high performing teams and to cultivate productive working relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including abilities related to facilitation, negotiation, mediation, networking, customer service.
Fluency in Arabic desirable.
