Our client is a local organization dedicated to film, culture, community, entertainment and education providing a dynamic environment with a focus on nurturing regional storytellers while having a global outlook. They are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer who will report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

As Chief Operating Officer you will assist the CEO in routine works and will look after daily optimization of various operations in different departments of the company. You will liaise with heads of departments regarding strategic planning, meetings and ensuring that works are complete as per priority of the set task whilst keeping an eye on quality control of these tasks. This may be either, but not limited to, IT, marketing, sales, customer service or account management departments. You will monitor the working of each of these departments and report back to the CEO.

Our client requires the candidate to have film leadership experience ideally within the GCC Region, although this is not essential. You will need to be able to give suggestions and advise management for making key changes in planning various issues and business decisions. You will need to motivate teams to give quality performance. Excellent English language skills are a must and Arabic is desirable however not essential.
