Job description / Role
Responsible to Administrate SAP Master Data; generate SAP reports and Weekly KPI for Management, liaises with Materials and Reliability to ensure accuracy of entries into the SAP database, responsible for access authorization in coordination with IT (SAP).
Primary Accountabilities:

- Stability Operations Support Planning & Scheduling overall business
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Develop Standard, Work Instruction, Procedures, Forms and Guidelines as per road map
- Create/Change/Dismantle/Delete Functional Location
- Create/Change/Dismantle/Delete Equipment
- Creation of New/Edit Maintenance Plans
- Creation of New/Edit Task List
- Create/Delete Equipment Bill Of Material (BOM) and Update Equipment BOM status and Monthly BOM Reports
- SAP Equipment/Material Serialization for Materials (Warehouse) / Maintenance Department
- Master Data mass upload by using SAP LSMW transaction or coordinate with SAP PM Specialist to upload mass upload
- Support Operations Support Department PCRS Development i.e. QMOR, WMOR (Weekly KPI) of Routine Planning Section
- Equipments Bad Actor report and graphs with highest no. of breakdown and highest maintenance cost for Management Report and reliability to review the existing maintenance strategy of the assets
- Support Head of Planning and Scheduling and Planning Engineers with Admin or Other requirements (i.e. Creating Reports, presentation and Stationery)
- Work Order Confirmation and accuracy in work order / notification feedback on work order confirmation (Filling equipment failure codes and breakdown details supports reliability to record Mean Time To Repair or Mean Time before Repair against equipment from our SAP System and supports Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
- PDR Meeting attending / Manage Action Log / Meeting Preparation (i.e. SAP Notification display as per priority and Plant Threat, By Pass Override Certificate (BOC), Weekly Schedule and Trip Report (Daily)
- Attending meeting with Warehouse team on refurbishment materials issues (Weekly)
- Manage Operations Support and Planning & Scheduling Portal (MS Sharepoint)
- Manage Action Log of Planning and Scheduling
- Do OASIS observation as per performance agreement
- Support planners in Scheduling work orders in maintenance plans
- Update and Administer the company standby duties accurately and swiftly
- Maintain Statutory Equipment list in SAP
- Support In Scheduling and Running IP30 for Statutory Equipment work order
- Support In Maintaining the Cancelled / Addition of Statutory Equipment
- Prepare & update the safety defects and Leak report
- Develop Qatari developee and provide necessary trainings as per the PCP
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Daily communication with the Senior Planner; sets work priorities as per guidance received
- Daily communication with Planners; prepares reports for them and uploads equipment information in the database; liaising with departments to ensure all missing information in SAP is made available and is accurate;
- Regular communication with the MOR Team; liaises with the MOR Team to get approval on configuration changes
- Regular communication with Maintenance Supervisors to register equipment that may have been swapped or scrapped; works closely with the supervisors to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Communicates with IT (SAP) to inform them about updates/new role(s), for them to ensure effective implementation
- As business requirement coordinate for Departments events booking and travel arrangement of Section Head
Requirements
- College Diploma Information Systems required or Bachelors Arts or Commerce required
- 3 Years of Experience Type of Experience Required/Preferred Operations Maintenance
- Planning and Execution in the Oil &Gas sector;
- Experience in any CMMS environment; preferably SAP PM module
