Job description / Role
Chief Risk Officer (CRO) - Abu Dhabi (English and Arabic / Hindi)
On behalf of our client, well-established financial institution with the HQ in Abu Dhabi are looking for a Chief Risk Officer to lead the team of risk professionals.
Your main task will be to contribute to the successful development of the group and attract new customers by providing high quality services and latest market data.
In this challenging role your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage the teams in credit, market and operational risk
- Monitoring companys portfolio, perform the stress testing
- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk strategy
- Support and work closely with the divisions operations teams
- Execute risk action plans and methodologies
Requirements
- 10-15 years in a managerial role within the Financial Services / Banking industry
- Previous experience in Credit / Lending business is a plus
- Excellent analytical and business assessment skills
- Strong decision maker with excellent problem solving and leadership skills
- Fluent English as well as Arabic or Hindi
