We are currently seeking a Chief Technologist - Radiology with a specialization in breast imaging to oversee the radiology led clinical activities for the new breast services clinics being established across three healthcare centers within the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team designing, implementing, and refining three new clinical pathways from an operational perspective, in conjunction with the national breast cancer screening program. The Chief Technologist will also need to establish the operational policies and processes, as well as a comprehensive quality assurance program related to the breast screening program.

This is a key role within the department and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of radiology and nuclear medicine service to the hospital and customizing service delivery to meet local community needs, within the context of a corporate-wide program. The Chief Technologist will be supported in his/her activities by two Radiology Supervisors.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline (e.g. Radiology or Nuclear Medicine)
- 5 years experience in a clinical setting (minimum)
- 2 years management experience (minimum)
- Experience in establishing and/or managing a multi-site, multi-modality breast imaging service
- Fluent in English
