The RoleThe RoleChief of Medical Staff required for a well established private hospital in Sharjah.This highly esteemed hospital, was established in 1981 by Gulf Medical Projects Company. The 100 bed hospital is the first and largest private general hospital in the UAE. Both inpatient and outpatient treatment is of an international standard, and is backed by the latest radiology and laboratory facilities. Our client is expanding and is looking for an experienced Chief of Medical Staff. Role : 1. Developing, coordinating and supervising medical staff to maintain patient care and safety. 2. Evaluation and management of clinical practices. 3. Assessing and improving health care programs within the organization. 4. Coordinating communication between departments in order to provide efficient and effective healthcare. |
RequirementsRequirements1. A minimum of MBBS required 2. Post Graduate in Administration is preferred. 3. American Board certified or equivalent 4. Good work experience in the Middle East as Chief Medical Officer with an understanding of JCIA standards and implementation 5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills |
