Civil Draftsman

Job description / Role

Required experience
1. Study plans.
2. Experienced in drafting works. Knowledgeable with Micro station, 3d MAX, Photo shop, 2D and 3D autocad, etc.
3. Utilizes both the manual and computer-based application, such as the automated computer-assisted drafting or commonly known as the AutoCAD to materialize the project.
4. Able to review / comments / approvals of the presented drawings.
5. Entering data of survey works.
6. Calculate the area of buildings and projection
7. Keeping a copy of all works that are still under process and requests receipts and the emergency amendments on work.

Requirements

Education
Diploma /Bachelor Degree ( AutoCAD )

Skills
1. At least 10 years experience in the same position.
2. Ability to read technical drawings
3. Ability to use Microsoft Office in addition to other specialized programs
4. Good English command.
5. Team work spirit
6. Computer literate.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Preferable dealing with Oracle program.
